        If you have any delicate textiles that require special products, and/or if there is a specific floor cleaning agent    and/or mop you would preferred to be used on your floors, we ask that you provide them and have them            available for us upon arrival.

Upon request, bed making is available and is complimentary to the cleaning. Please ensure that the bed is already stripped and clean linens are provided for your cleaners at the time of the clean, or we will be unable to complete the task. 

 

  Dusting:

• Ceilings 

• Ceiling fans

• Light fixtures

• Crown moulding

• Wall Trim

• Wide flat slat blinds

• Window Sills

• Baseboards

• Cobweb removal.

• Table tops, shelving, lamps, etc.

• We will not clear surfaces as we dust. If you would like individual item dusted, please request that specifically while booking your Deep Clean. 

 

  Floors:

• Please have floors cleared of all laundry, shoes, toys, electrical cords, and small objects.  A cleared floor provides for a more thorough vacuuming/mopping. Baskets holding shoes, toys, and the like that are easily moveable will be moved and cleaned under.

• We will not move large furniture.  

• We do not do intensive grout cleaning. 

• All available floor space will be vacuumed and mopped.

 

  Kitchen/Dining Room:

• Please have counters and dining tables cleared of mail, loose papers, and personal belongings.

• Easily moveable items such as spoon rests, cutting boards, kettles, etc. will be moved and cleaned around. 

• Please also have kitchen sink free of dirty dishes. If there are dishes left in the sink, we will be unable to clean it.

• Counter top appliances will also be moved and cleaned around. 

• Microwave interior and exterior

• All large appliance(oven, refrigerator, dishwasher,) surfaces and interiors will be cleaned provided the appliance is empty.  

• Stove tops will be cleaned. 

• Cabinet exteriors and interiors will be vacuumed and cleaned provided that all cabinets are empty.

 

  Bathrooms: 

• Please clear sink surfaces, shower shelves, and bathtub edges of all cosmetics, loose products and the like. Doing so will enable a more thorough clean. Our cleaners will not move items out of the way to clean under them.   

• Showers and bathtubs cleaned.

• Shower tile grout will be cleaned and stains will be removed to the best of our abilities.

• Glass Shower doors will be cleaned.

• Mirrors cleaned.

• Sink tops cleaned.

• Bathroom cabinets exteriors and interiors will be cleaned provided that all cabinets are empty.

• Toilets cleaned.

• Floors will be vacuumed and mopped.

• Light fixtures will be cleaned.
